Longview Fellowship Center

Purpose: 

Longview Fellowship Center will help us glorify God and reflect his love, grace, and truth by enabling fellowship, worship, discipleship, and loving care within our church family, and enabling loving deeds of service and sharing of the gospel within our church family and our community. 

Guidelines:

1. Uses
2. Events held in this facility will strive to align with Biblically sound standards and the values, beliefs, principles, and practices of the Apostolic Christian Church of America and our local church family.
3. Uses will be for non-profit organizations.
4. Alcohol will not be permitted except for religious purposes. Music should be peaceable within our local church body. Dancing and DJ’s are not permitted.
5. Weddings and funerals will be coordinated with and officiated by an Apostolic Christian minister. 
6. Reservations
7. Priority of use of the Fellowship Center is for official Church functions. 
8. Reservations for other uses are required and will be honored in the order that they are received. 
9. Reservations more than 90 days in advance will be tentative until formally approved 90 days before the event. 
10. Reservations should be requested with at least 24 hours notice.
11. Scheduling protocols and conflicts will be handled by the Reservation Manager & Minister liaison.
12. All functions must have a church member or regular church attendee who serves as primary contact and is present at and accountable for the event. 
13. Housekeeping
14. Church functions (meals, singings, presentations, visitations): cleaning services will be provided.
15. Weddings, receptions, and private reservations are responsible for cleaning the spaces used.
16. The facility is available without fees; donations are accepted.
17. We seek to administer these guidelines with flexibility and reasonableness, and will update them as we learn through experience. For unique situations, please raise your request to the reservation manager.
18. Any items that someone wishes to donate to the Longview Fellowship Center must be approved in advance by the Trustees.
