Greetings! The following are the Announcements for Sunday January 23, 2022 

1.   Our annual business meeting will be tonight at 7:00pm (in-person, and also available on zoom). The agenda along with a handout from the trustees is attached (please print if you would like a copy).

2.   Matthew and Laura Moser would like to thank each one of you for the cards, gifts, meals and most importantly prayers during Lincoln’s hospitalization and medical journey. We have been strengthened by your love and support during this time and look into the future with great hope. May God bless each one of you for your deeds of kindness.

3.  Brenda Rady would like us to share an expression of thanks to all who reached out to her with cards, phone calls and prayers during the recent illness and passing of her sister, Wendy. She is so appreciative of all who thought of and remembered her in this time of sorrow. 

4.     We mentioned last week the passing of Curtis Terrell’s close friend Kenny Myrick. There will be a graveside service on Saturday at 10am at the Agawam Center Cemetery for those who are close to Kenny and his family or to Curtis. 

5.     We plan to continue sharing the August conference recordings this coming Wednesday evening, with virtual-only zoom video replay of the next two speakers, beginning at 7pm. We will finish the final segment on Wednesday, February 2. We would welcome and appreciate your feedback on whether this has been an effective way to share the conference recordings. 

6.     Again this year we are looking for a group of brethren and friends to visit the Croghan congregation on the third Sunday of each month from February through November for fellowship and to serve the Sunday lunch.  This effort has been a blessing for both the brethren and friends in upstate New York as well as to all from our congregation who have participated.  Please consult the church website, the bulletin board, or contact Brother John Virkler if you are interested.



7.   Faith Luginbuhl, Rachel Mangold, Wade Luginbuhl, Brendan Couzens, and Colin Garrow were announced for baptism. We plan to have testimonies on Saturday, February 26 beginning in the afternoon at 2pm with two converts, and then continuing in the evening at 6:30 pm for three converts. Baptisms will follow on Sunday, February 27.   Elder Brothers Kevin Ryan and Mike Leman (Denver) plan to assist in the work for the weekend.
