Parking:

Attendants will be available to assist with parking. Please try to arrive early to ensure you have adequate time to park, check in, and get to your assigned room prior to the conference start.

Check In:

Upon arrival at the church, please check in at the Registration Table to pick up your name tag and information packet, which includes building maps. 

Registration Reminder Email:

A reminder email will be sent to each registered conference attendee on July 31. This will communicate the sessions you registered to attend.

Meeting Schedule:

Access a meeting schedule to view the activities planned for the day. Please note that congregational singing starts at 8 AM with opening comments by the Elders starting at 8:45 AM.

Attire:

Please wear normal church attire as we seek to worship our Lord and Saviour. We will be utilizing both the Ellington church and Fellowship Center for meetings throughout the day, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Shuttle Service Available: For those who do not wish to walk between the buildings, shuttle service will be available, including in case of rain.
