Greetings! The following are the Announcements for Sunday September 17, 2023



1. The family of Bro Dale Zahner would like to express their appreciation for the overwhelming support, love and prayers for their dad during his illness and time of passing.
 
2. The family of Marylyn Spielman wanted to express their deepest thanks to everyone for their love and support in the passing of their wife and mother.   

3.  Bro Ron Tredor passed away yesterday afternoon. We want to extend our love and prayers to his family circle. We will share the funeral arrangements once they are finalized.
 
4.  We plan to begin listening to the conference recordings this week on Wednesday evening at the Fellowship Center and will do that for the next four to five midweek services.
a.   This will be a less formal gathering, with coffee available before and during the recordings. All are invited to attend.
b.   Singing will begin at 7pm. At 7:15 we will have a prayer and then begin the recordings.
c.   The two topics for this week are (1) Vision – who we are  (2) Walking in the Spirit’s Power
d.   After the first segment Bro Brent will highlight some thoughts, then after a short break we will listen to the second segment and then conclude the evening around 8:45pm.
e.   The session will be livestreamed as well.
 
5.  This week on Friday evening from 4-7pm, the Longview Fellowship Center trustees are planning to have a come-and-go open house for all contractors, volunteers and contributors who have helped to design & build the new facility.  A light dinner will be served. 

6. This Saturday evening at 7pm there will be a topical teaching in the Fellowship Center. Bro Brent plans to continue the theme of staying grounded in the Word as we navigate sensitive areas of change together. 

7.  Reminder that on Saturday, October 14, at 7pm, ACCFS will be here and share a teaching on Building Intentional Relationships.
 
8. It’s time to set up Rotating Potluck groups for the coming year. If you wish to participate, you will need to fill out an online form by Sept 29. This is required for anyone who wishes to participate, even if you participated last year.
