Greetings! The following are the Announcements for Sunday October 9, 2022

1.  On Sunday evening, October 16 there will be a Sunday school singing at 7pm in the Sunday School assembly. All are invited.

2.  Reminder that on Saturday, October 22 at 7pm there will be a National HarvestCall presentation in the Sunday School assembly. 

3.  AC Lifepoints is experiencing a severe staffing shortage, and has an urgent need for Full Time workers including paid positions in Dietary, Housekeeping, Direct Care, and Nursing. 

   They are reaching out to individual AC congregations to help fill the shortage by encouraging a mission-type effort of a one or two year commitment. 

   We have benefited as a congregation from AC Lifepoints for many years, and so want to make all of you aware of this.  If any of you have even a small level of interest, we would encourage you to take a look at the following video to learn more about it including the application process.  https://youtu.be/cvA0Hs4ago4

   You could appropriately think of this as a missionary or ministry role – albeit paid – where you are motivated to go and serve in the name of Christ for a period of time, and where we as a sending congregation work through how best to support you.  If you have questions, please contact Bro Warren Zahner who is our liaison.

4.  Our collection of 2022 fellowship center intentions will continue for the months of October and November. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who have been or will be volunteering on the Fellowship Center project.
