June 21st

June 21, 2020
Greetings! The following are the Announcements from Sunday June 21, 2020

1. We want to review and clarify how the signup process works and provide information for the planned outdoor service on June 28th

Each week, the new dates will be made available for sign-up. At that time you should select one service to attend, based on remaining capacity. Once a service is at full capacity, it is no longer available for others to sign up.

You should not sign up for multiple services unless the day before a given service there are remaining slots, at which time you should feel free to sign up and attend the additional service.

2. Looking forward to next Sunday:

* Weather permitting Sunday morning June 28th we plan to have an outside service on the grass area behind our parking lot for those who are 65 and older or have an underlying medical condition. If you meet these criteria and would like to attend, please sign up via the standard church sign-up link.

* - The service will be held in the upper flat grassy area with capacity for 150 people. - Social distancing of 6’ should be observed
- Masks will be optional
- please bring your own chair (Camp chairs recommended), Bible, Zion’s Harp hymnal, and water bottle as needed.
- Singing at 10:00, services at 10:30
- Elderly can be dropped off in west side in the upper parking lot. - Services will be available on AC central and on Zoom. Sunday afternoon services and Wednesday evening services will be held inside church with our normal sign up process.

 3. Finally, for those attending here at church, thank you for following the direction of the ushers and respecting the social distancing guidelines. We do have one area of encouragement: As we exit church through the outside doors, we ask that everyone move further away from the doors so there is room for all of us to make our way outside. Also once we are outside, please remember to continue social distancing as we fellowship together. Thank you again for your respect and consideration.
