Greetings! The following are the Announcements for Sunday February 6, 2022 

1. Plans for the weekend of February 26/27 (testimonies and baptisms):
- Saturday, February 26: We will begin in the afternoon at 2pm with two testimonies, break for a few hours, and then continue in the evening at 6:30 pm for remaining three testimonies.
- Sunday, February 27: Baptisms will be on Sunday afternoon. There will not be a church meal following the baptisms.

2. We want to share the passing of John Probus of Colchester, and extend our prayers and sympathy to his family as well as to his close friend Ron Tredor. There will be a Memorial service here at church on Friday, February 11, with singing starting at 10:45am and the service at 11:00am. We encourage everyone to sit towards the front and join in the singing. There will be a lunch meal served immediately after the funeral.

3. Our operational fund collection begins now and will continue through the month of February.

4. Reminder that going forward the waitress and kitchen help signup is now on the bulletin board only. We very much appreciate each one who is willing to help out with lunch. 

5. After the afternoon service, we balloted on the following question: “Do you support moving forward with the kitchen tile, carpet and attic insulation upgrades projects proposed by the Trustees at the annual business meeting?” The proposal was approved, with over 98% of ballots in support of moving forward. 



6. We will resume our normal Wednesday evening services this week.
