Greetings! The following are the Announcements for Sunday February 5, 2023

1.  The engagement of Sis Alison Mangold and Bro Sebastian Wiegand (Denver, CO) was announced. Bro Seb’s parents are Bro Chuck and Sis Naomi Wiegand, also of Denver. We wish Sis Alison and Bro Seb the Lord’s blessings as they build their marriage together. 

2. Our final collection for the fellowship center has begun and will continue for the next several weeks. The targeted amount this year is approximately 70% of the intentions of each of the last two years. 

 We also have a heightened need for volunteers now and in the weeks to come.

3. We plan to have a group from Rockville visit the Croghan congregation on the third Sunday of each month from February through November, for fellowship and to serve the Sunday lunch.  If you would like additional information or would like to take responsibility for a weekend, please consult the church website, the bulletin board, or contact Brother John Virkler. 

4.   Please continue to remember Sis Cindy Garrow and her family in prayer. Her surgery went well and she will likely be in the hospital for another week. 

5.   Sis. Julie Bauman will be having surgery this week to donate a kidney to someone in need. We have opportunity to provide support through prayers for the overall process, the recipient, and for Sis Julie as well. Sis Julie will be hospitalized for a few days and will then be at home recuperating for about a month, and would welcome reach outs and visits during that time.
