Greetings! The following are the Announcements for Sunday December 11, 2022

1.  Next Sunday afternoon, December 18, we will have our Christmas program in place of our afternoon service. Singing will begin at 12:40pm. 

2.  Ethan Moser was announced for peace and desires baptism. We have set aside the weekend of January 28/29 for his testimony and baptism. 

3. The Skinner family would like to express their thanks and appreciation for all of the prayers and love that have been shown to them over the past couple of weeks with passing of their mother and grandmother.

4. A reminder and encouragement was shared with children and parents to please ensure children eat lunchtime food at the dining room tables.

5. The annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday evening, January 22. Topics include:

a.  Trustees – increasing spending threshold.

b. Fellowship Center update, including a proposal for ongoing utilization and maintenance.

c. Sound/Technology committee — We plan to shift how the sound committee positions are filled and move to a process where the existing committee provides a recommended candidate for our support.

d. Local HarvestCall / Local relief – We mentioned at last year’s meeting that we were looking to create one over-arching committee structure to enable us to more effectively serve in our communities.  We will plan to share that with you at our meeting in January.  It likely will include some shifts in the structure of our current committees.
